BILSTEIN MOD LITE STARS RETURNS TO ROARING KNOB WITH SOMERSET, PA MATT HAY AWARDED WIN AFTER POST RACE DQ FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Markleysburg, PA (April 21, 2014): With spring officially here, summer-like conditions were present with a sunny and warm Saturday night at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex. The Bilstein Modified Lites STARS Mid-Atlantic Region Presented by Krause Electric was on hand for their first visit of the 2014 season. Fairmont, WV Mitch Ward dominated the STARS feature event with a very impressive win but during post-race tech inspection Ward was disqualified for rule infraction that handed the win over to second place finisher Matt Hay of Somerset, PA. Tracey Fritter was credited with second, Lynn Knepper was third, Ron Parrish was fourth and Jar red Barclay was fifth.

Bilstein Mod Lite STARS Mid-Atlantic Heads to the Knob for the Second Annual Top Less Challenge $500 to Win! FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SOMERSET, PA (April 16, 2014) – Roaring Knob Motorsport Complex will be hosting the second annual New’t Bar Top Less Challenge which will be paying $500 to win $75 to start. Last week at the Tyler County Speedway Bull Ring Ron Parrish driving his 21R mod lite was able to hold off charging Tracey Fritter for the win. Saturday night Fritter will be able to repay Parrish with a victory.

Bilstein Mod Lite STARS #21R Ron Parrish Feature Winner 2014 Pat Herrick Memorial Champion FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Middlebourne, WV April 15, 2014: A packed house welcomed the over 100 car field back to the 'bullring' for night one of the historic 40th Anniversary season at the Tyler County Speedway. Garnering the 2014 season's first checkered flags included Derek Doll, Kyle Thomas, Travis Dickson, Chad Smith, Ron Parrish, Donnie Wamsley and Brady Reed. A smooth running show including seven features and two crack the whip events took the final checkered flag at 10:45.
